 About Rosie Letts

Rosie Letts is a leading private Bristol nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner. She specialises in fertility, weight management, digestive health, and sports nutrition. Using only proven and effective nutritional medicine and the most up-to-date diagnostic tools, Rosie works with clients to make small changes that drive lasting results. This can take place through one-to-one consultations at her Bristol clinic or by Skype, or through her signature online programme.

Rosie is a founding member of the Alpha Zita integrative fertility team where she works as a nutritional therapist alongside leading medical fertility specialists, embryologists and holistic fertility specialists.

Rosie’s approach will empower you to embrace a healthy way of living through the food you enjoy and the life you lead. Whether you’re striving to lose, gain or maintain weight, Rosie can set you on the right track and monitor your progress.

You needn’t be worried about hard to commit to and complicated nutrition plans. Rosie is of the firm belief that getting back to basics and keeping nutrition simple is the easiest way to maintain a healthy mind and body.

Meet Rosie Letts

“I am a qualified and registered nutritional therapist, with a first class degree from the University of Westminster. I work with my clients to make small changes that drive lasting and powerful results.

My mission is to help you live a healthier and more fulfilling life, filled with energy and free from painful symptoms of conditions that are all too common in our modern society.

I might be a nutrition expert, but I’m also a working mum – I know that time is precious! You don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen, and you don’t want to spend a small fortune in the supermarket each week.

I’ll teach you small changes you can make every day that will have a significant effect on your health.

Within 12 months you will have transformed your relationship with food and will be eating in a way that perfectly complements your unique body and lifestyle.”
