Fertility Nutrition

Do you want to maximise your chances of conceiving naturally, before booking into a fertility clinic?

I support women who are having difficulty conceiving or experiencing recurrent miscarriages, and those who want to optimise their chances of IVF success. Wherever you are on your fertility journey, you will benefit from a tailor-made nutrition programme.

You may have been told that there is nothing you can do to improve your egg and sperm quality. But this is simply untrue! There’s a huge body of research that shows how even small changes to your diet can increase your chances of success.

In my experience, most women in their 30s and 40s have a good understanding of diet, but very little understanding of nutrition. We are all used to planning what we eat to ensure we maintain our perfect dress size but the body has very different nutritional requirements for conception and pregnancy as compared to fitness and weight management.

I am not interested in diets that keep you a size 8, I am interested in diets that help you get pregnant.

Without a doubt, nutrition is the key to laying down foundations for fertility and healthy pregnancy; small changes can make a BIG difference. I support clients of any reproductive age, with or without a conventional diagnosis. My clients are often older, and have failed IVF or had recurrent miscarriages.

I offer a full range of diagnostic testing, including DNA analysis where appropriate. I work closely with a number of internationally renowned experts in the fields of fertility and pregnancy to ensure that I deliver the highest possible level of integrated healthcare to each of my clients. You can be sure you will receive a sympathetic, non-judgemental and holistic approach, along with an easy-to-follow programme, because I recognise that everybody makes changes at their own pace.

What my clients are saying

I contacted Bump & Beyond Nutrition after having had a miscarriage and, prior to that, 18 months of unsuccessfully trying to conceive. Whilst I generally eat well, I realised there was more I could do to make positive changes to my lifestyle and to feel in control of a situation that was becoming emotionally draining. Rosie began our programme by addressing some digestive problems that I had been living with for years (under the misguided belief that all women have IBS symptoms – don’t they?!) After about six weeks my digestion issues had vastly improved and three months later I was pregnant! I am now in my 15th week of pregnancy and haven’t suffered from any sickness or fatigue, which I think is pretty remarkable. I’m now feeling really positive for the next six months and beyond! I am hugely grateful to Rosie for her practical, achievable approach to making nutritional and lifestyle changes.

On Saturday 25th July, Rosie’s partner Andy tragically passed away. He wasn’t ill and his passing has come as a devastating blow to all of his family and friends. Rosie will be taking compassionate leave to look after their children. She hopes to return to private practice when her children start school in September.
