
Vegan garlic mushroom recipe
My super dreamy, creamy and totally delicious mushrooms are those you will fall in love with. An overload of natural creaminess comes from the nutritional yeast, loaded with B vitamins and skin, hair and nail boosting minerals.Gluten free? No problem. There’s a bread alternative for every diet and lifestyle these days. Try topping these fun-guys (see what I did there) on your choice of wholemeal, sourdough, buckwheat, lentil loaf, or plain old store bought GF bread. It all works!

Ingredients: (a little or as much as you want)
- mushrooms
- nutritional yeast
- garlic
Method
- Chop your shrooms and add in the pan with the nutritional yeast
- Add spinach until wilted
- Serve on toasted sourdough
