My scientific approach to nutrition, distilled through working with over 800 clients, looks at each individual as just that – an individual. My goal is to find the root causes of your problems, using testing and research to connect the dots of your health puzzle and create a unique treatment plan.
With functional medicine there’s no one-size-fits-all cure, so even if you and a friend have the same symptoms or condition you won’t get the same treatment plan. After all, your journeys have been entirely different and unique.
That’s why I like to tell my clients up front that although there’s plenty of easy-to-apply advice I can give, I might not be able to truly help you in just one or two sessions. It’s a commitment – but in return I commit to helping you get to the bottom of what’s holding you back from full health.
The Treatment Process
All new clients begin with a case review and initial consultation which typically takes 90 minutes. This includes:
- Taking a thorough medical and health history
- Reviewing your current diet and nutritional supplements
- Discussing any current and relevant blood work
- Providing you with some foundational nutritional advice to follow based on your case review
- Ordering any appropriate functional tests
After the appointment I will reflect on all the information gathered and create a foundational plan for you to follow. This written report will detail your bespoke food plan, lifestyle advice and appropriate supplement regimen targeted to your situation.
Following the first initial case review appointment you will be contacted to schedule follow up appointments throughout the remainder of your treatment plan.
During your first follow up I will provide:
- Verbal explanations of any lab results, along with a written report
- Targeted dietary and lifestyle guidelines
- A personalised supplement program
During subsequent follow ups I will:
- Monitor your response to treatment
- Explain any new lab findings
- Adjust treatment based upon laboratory findings and your level of responsiveness
- Order any follow up testing needed as treatment progress
- Work to improve your health as soon as possible
How much will it cost?
Lab testing is one area where fees can add up. Hopefully you will be relieved to know that an average lab test costs between £40 and £245, and that a new patient usually only requires one or two tests.
I usually see or speak with a client once a month to begin with, dropping down to once every six weeks. Depending on the severity of the case, treatment length can range from two months to a year.
Case review and initial consultation (90 minutes, plus 1-2 hours research) £160
Follow up appointments (60 minutes, plus research) £120

Have you heard of Reinvent?
I appreciate that working one-on-one with me isn’t financially or practically viable for some people. Clinic slots also get booked up, limiting the number of people I can help. That’s why I created my signature online programme, Reinvent – a fully supported nutrition education and lifestyle change programme. Over 12 months, you will transform your relationship with food and discover health and vitality you never knew were possible.
Still got questions?
I offer a complementary 10 minute call to answer any questions you may have about our service. This is not a consultation, but it is an opportunity to ask some fundamental questions you may have that haven’t been answered on the website, and simply connect with me.
