
Beets Burger Bowl
An alternative burger that you won’t want to miss. My plant-based burger bowl provides you with an array of essential nutrients, including an excellent source of antioxidants from the beets, as well as omega 3 from the flaxseed and guacamole. This delicious bowl comes complete with a ton of veggies, ensuring you get your daily fibre. This hearty meal will leave you feeling energised and excited for the rest of the day!
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4x cartons of organic chickpeas
- 200g ground flaxseed
- 3 medium onions
- 6 garlic cloves
- 4 beetroots
- 5 medium carrots
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tsp cumin seeds
- 4 tsp paprika
- Large bunch of fresh coriander
- Beef tomatoes
Method for burger:
- Soften onions and garlic in pan with olive oil
- Remove and let cool
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and form patties
- Cook patties for 10 minutes and add to bowl
