Chocolate chia puddings with almonds & blueberries

Omega-3-packed chia seeds make this chocolate treat truly irresistible! Treat your loved ones this valentines day.


Serves 4

  • 375ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 30g cacao powder
  • 55g chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50g almonds
  • 80g blueberries


  1. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together and divide into glasses.
  2. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 5 hours, to allow the mixture to thicken.
  3. Top with almonds and blueberries before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
