This African fruit comes from the baobab tree or ‘tree of life’. It is a super fruit that truly deserves the title. Baobab is packed with potassium and magnesium which helps enhance cellular function and combat stress and fatigue.

Baobab is stuffed with fibre to help the digestive system. Soluble fibre helps to control blood glucose levels, improve blood cholesterol and reduce visceral fat. And as if that wasn’t enough, has prebiotic qualities that can stimulate your gut’s “good bacteria”.

The high vitamin C and antioxidant content means its great for boosting the immune system. It also supports collagen formation helping to give you radiant skin and prevent the formation of wrinkles.
