Bump & Beyond Nutrition

Eat your way to a happy, healthy pregnancy

You probably know how to eat healthily to stay slim, but do you understand how to eat the right way to support healthy reproduction? And to make sure your baby has the best start possible?

The right nutrition is the key to laying down foundations for fertility and healthy pregnancy.

My approach does not involve toxic drugs, invasive procedures or side effects; instead, I use cutting-edge diagnostics, bespoke nutrition programmes, and top quality supplements.

I can work with you to set your body on the right path for a healthy pregnancy.

We specialise in…

Never in a woman’s life is nutrition so important as when she’s pregnant and nursing. Your body and baby are worthy of the best possible care, and nobody is more suitably qualified to care for them than you are.

I contacted Bump & Beyond Nutrition after having had a miscarriage and, prior to that, 18 months of unsuccessfully trying to conceive. Whilst I generally eat well, I realised there was more I could do to make positive changes to my lifestyle and to feel in control of a situation that was becoming emotionally draining. Rosie began our programme by addressing some digestive problems that I had been living with for years (under the misguided belief that all women have IBS symptoms – don’t they?!) After about six weeks my digestion issues had vastly improved and three months later I was pregnant! I am now in my 15th week of pregnancy and haven’t suffered from any sickness or fatigue, which I think is pretty remarkable. I’m now feeling really positive for the next six months and beyond! I am hugely grateful to Rosie for her practical, achievable approach to making nutritional and lifestyle changes.
